Joshua's career began in high-end construction and property development across the Cotswolds, some of the most prestigious residential projects in the UK. That grounding in the physical product shapes everything: he evaluates a development the way a developer does, not the way a salesperson does.

After relocating to Dubai, Joshua advised clients at haus and haus and Savills Middle East across both off plan and secondary markets. During that time he identified the gap this firm was built to fill: the space between volume-driven brokerage and genuine developer-focused advisory.

He operates in that space exclusively. If a client needs deal structure, creative financing, or leverage points most advisors would not know to look for, that is Joshua's conversation.
